Commissioning and Installation

What WE do.

All computers and point of sale terminals supplied by us will be loaded and set up by a technician prior to installation and subsequently if the need arises.

Installations will be performed during business hours. Requests for outside business hours will be quoted at after-hour rates.

Customer Supplied Hardware
Customer supplied hardware will incur a staging fee for set up. We will not be liable for providing support for any associated technical issues related to customer supplied hardware.

Initial training as per the quote provided.

A warranty is provided for hardware purchases. This means that we will correct any fault and replace any faulty component for twelve months. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse and consumables.

What YOU do.

Product Information
The data collection form should be returned seven days before your first training session.

A licensed cabling company must install all cables in accordance with cabling standards category 5/6 or later. All points must be terminated with RJ45 terminal jacks and clearly labelled at both ends.

Cabinet Works
All cabinet works (holes through benchtops, access holes for cables etc.) must be planned for and arranged before installation. Installation of brackets, pole mounts and cash draws are the responsibility of the customer.

IT services
Please have your IT person contact details available for us to liaise with as we do not provide general IT services (e.g. internet, connections, office networking).

Ensure staff are available for initial training. Additional training can be purchased at any time.
